Mindful Walking
Meditations
Sometimes, we just want to walk to decompress. No pressure to find a landmark, or learn something. Our meditations are perfect for those moments. Find a space where you can walk slowly and mostly uninterrupted — a hallway, a garden, a park path, a trail, or even pacing a quiet room.
Safety first: When walking with headphones, keep the volume low enough to hear traffic, cyclists, and people around you. Stay aware of your surroundings at all times — look up before crossing streets, watch for uneven pavement, and avoid using meditation audio in busy intersections or high-traffic areas. If you feel dizzy or lightheaded, stop, find a safe place to sit, and remove your headphones.
Find a quiet path, settle into a comfortable walking rhythm, and let the meditation guide your breath. More sessions coming soon.
